my recent stay was made delightful by the clean environment and the warm hospitality of the night staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. It’s an easy stroll to the beautiful Al Aswaf Garden, perfect for relaxing afternoon walks.

The hotel Sukoon in Medina surprised me with its cleanliness—really impressive throughout. The room I had, a Twin Room, was quite spacious, allowing enough room to move around comfortably. The hotel's location was okay, but it's around 10 minutes from Masjid-E-Nabwi, which meant needing a taxi every time I wanted to go there. That became a hassle and it added some extra costs. One night I got in at 3:00 A.M., and the night staff were super accommodating, even switching my room to a double bed instead of the two singles I booked. The posted photos online matched the actual view perfectly! However, there were a couple of annoying issues. The access card deactivated unexpectedly, so I had to go down to reactivate it, which was frustrating after a long day. There were also no nearby restaurants, leading to delivery charges that piled up. The lack of fridge and microwave made quick snacks difficult. All in all, it had strong points but a few serious drawbacks.

My stay was enjoyable with a comfy bed and hot water, but shuttle timings could be improved. Still, I'd definitely come back!
